OMT forms the technical and clinical foundation of osteopathy and is the essential first step for those who may later wish to progress towards a full Diploma in Osteopathy (DO).

Programme focus
The OMT programme is entirely centred on the development and refinement of hands-on osteopathic techniques applied to the entire body. Strong emphasis is placed on:
- Technical precision and safety
- Anatomical accuracy
- Clinical reasoning and practical application

This programme enables participants to immediately translate techniques into clinical work

- 6 in-depth practical technique modules
- 1 clinical integration, revision and practical examination module
All modules are taught over two consecutive days, combining theoretical insight with intensive hands-on training.
Upon successful completion, participants receive the:
Certificate in Osteopathic Manipulative Techniques (OMT)
This certificate confirms solid technical competence and forms the mandatory foundation for further osteopathic specialisation.

Beyond OMT: further specialisation towards a DO
After successfully completing the OMT programme (Phase 1), participants may choose to progress further within the osteopathic education pathway.
Advanced specialisation is possible through the following additional phases:
- Phase 2: Visceral Manipulations
- Phase 3: Craniosacral Therapy & Applied Neurology
- Phase 4: Osteopathic Clinical Integration
Each Phase is completed independently and rewarded with an official certificate.
Upon successful completion of all Phases, participants may obtain the Diploma in Osteopathy (DO) and apply for further academic progression.
